Use ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI assistant to explore your Solibo Home information and get everyday work done. Ask a question, follow up on the answer, and prepare changes in the same conversation.
You might start with “What should the board follow up this week?”, look more closely at an open issue, then ask for a task or a resident update. The assistant finds the relevant records and helps you review the next step.

The connection uses your existing Solibo Home account. Your role can differ between companies, and the assistant can only access the information and actions your account is allowed to use.
From a question to a useful next step
Start broadly when you need an overview:
“Give me a board briefing for Solsiden Borettslag, with the most urgent items first.”
Then narrow the conversation:
“Tell me more about the parking issue and show me the related conversation.”
When you are ready, ask for an action:
“Create a task to follow up that issue before Friday. Show me the details first.”
You receive a preview before a change is saved. Messages and publications also require confirmation, so you can check the content and recipients before they reach anyone.

You can use company names and ordinary language; you do not need to know tool names or record IDs. Give the assistant a company, topic, and time period when these matter. The company names in these guides are examples—replace them with your own.
