Solibo Home MCP

Solibo Home MCP lets board members, board chairs, and residents connect AI assistants - such as ChatGPT and Claude - directly to Solibo Home data. Once connected, you can ask questions, review operational status, prepare resident communication, and take confirmed actions in plain language.

The assistant uses your existing Solibo Home permissions. It can only see companies, people, documents, invoices, conversations, and actions that your account can access.

What you can do

Ask your AI assistant things like:

  • “Give me an overview of the companies I can access”
  • “Which companies have open conversations from the last week?”
  • “Show me the unapproved invoices for Solsiden Borettslag”
  • “Prepare me for the next board meeting”
  • “Who are the current residents in section 12, and are there open issues?”
  • “Create a task for the board meeting next Tuesday”
  • “Draft a newsletter to all residents about the upcoming maintenance window”

Results are summarized for conversation: searches return concise matches and links, dashboards return counts and priorities, detailed records include safe IDs and related follow-ups, and sensitive identifiers stay masked unless you explicitly approve a scoped reveal. Write and send actions show a preview before anything is saved or published.
