Session shortcuts
If you’re working on one company, or across several companies you can access, you can tell the assistant once and it will remember for the rest of the conversation.
Working with a single company
Tell the assistant:
“Set the working company to Solsiden Borettslag”
After that, you can ask about invoices, conversations, residents, and more without specifying the company every time.
For focused single-company write or confirmation flows, such as creating one issue, publishing one homepage post, or creating one meeting, the assistant should establish the working company before the preview/confirmation step. This keeps later tool calls from replaying raw company IDs, names, addresses, or resident details from earlier context.
For multi-company workflows, such as sending a newsletter to every company you can access, the assistant should not pin an arbitrary working company. It should keep the explicit reviewed company set or active multi-company scope, then confirm with the pending preview id rather than replaying company IDs, names, addresses, or message content.
To switch: “Set the working company to Granly Vel”
To clear: “Clear the working company”
Viewing multiple companies
If you have access to multiple companies, you can keep the conversation scoped to that broader set:
“Show me the companies I can access”
After that, company overviews, task searches, and other cross-company queries will stay within the companies you can access until you clear the broader scope.
To reset: “Clear the company scope” (clear_company_scope)
Checking the current scope
“What’s the current session context?”
This shows which company (if any) is pinned, and whether a broader company scope is active.
Both shortcuts are independent and can be used together — you can have one company pinned and still keep a broader company scope active at the same time.
