Session shortcuts
When a conversation stays with one company, set it as your working company. This lets you ask natural follow-up questions without repeating its name. You can still ask about other companies when you need a wider view.
Start with a company name
“Set Solsiden Borettslag as the working company.”
The assistant finds the company and confirms the selection. If several companies have similar names, it may ask you to choose. You do not need to look up an internal company ID.
You can then continue:
“What should the board follow up this week?”
“Show the overdue tasks.”
“Prepare me for the next board meeting.”
These company-specific questions use Solsiden by default. Setting a working company changes the conversation’s focus; it does not change any company records.
Switch when your work moves on
Say “Set Granly Vel as the working company” to make Granly the default for subsequent questions. Or say “Clear the working company” when you no longer want a single-company default.
Before confirming a change or message, check the company shown in its preview, especially if you have switched between several companies in the conversation.
Ask about several companies
Start with “Show the companies I can access” if you are unsure which are available. Then name the selection in your request:
“List overdue tasks for Solsiden and Granly, grouped by company.”
Or ask for the full set:
“Show invoices awaiting approval across my companies.”
A working company is the default for single-company questions. It does not stop you from asking for a comparison or overview across companies. Your permissions still apply separately to each company.
Check or reset your selection

| “Clear the working company.” | Removes the default for single-company questions. |
| “Clear the company scope.” | Resets the broader company selection without clearing the working company. |
The single-company default and broader selection are separate. If you want to reset both, ask to clear both.
