Example conversations

These walkthroughs show how to build on an answer and move towards a useful result. Replace the example company names, dates, and topics with your own. The information and actions available depend on your Solibo Home permissions.

You can stop after any read or preview step. If you ask for a change, review its preview before confirming.

Prepare for a board meeting

Start with a briefing, then explore the items that deserve more attention.

Start with:

“Prepare me for the next board meeting in Solsiden Borettslag. Summarize the agenda and highlight the decisions we need to discuss.”

The assistant finds the meeting and brings together its time, agenda issues, available descriptions, proposed resolutions, and comments. It may also include recent conversations and board or participant role summaries.

Look more closely:

“Explain the parking issue in more detail. What has already been proposed?”

“Find the supporting documents for that discussion.”

The follow-up focuses on the selected issue and helps you find material to review. Ask to summarize a specific document if you want the assistant to read its supported content.

Shape the result:

“Turn this into a short chair’s briefing, with questions to raise for each agenda item.”

You now have a briefing to work from. Preparing it does not change the meeting or notify participants. Recent conversations can be a sample, and some supporting information may be unavailable; the briefing should make those limits clear.

Prepare and send a resident update

Keep drafting, saving, and delivery explicit so you can review the message at each stage.

Preview the content:

“Preview an email to residents in Solsiden Borettslag about lift maintenance on 20 October from 09:00 to 12:00. Ask them to use the stairs. Do not save or send it yet.”

The assistant resolves the company and recipient group and shows the proposed subject and body. This is a preview; no newsletter has been saved or sent.

Refine it:

“Make it warmer and shorter. Keep the date and time prominent.”

Review the revised text, company, and recipients. You can attach a PDF in ChatGPT and ask to include it before saving.

Save a draft:

“Save this version as a draft, without scheduling or sending it.”

Confirm the reviewed save action when prompted. After a successful save, the draft is in Solibo Home and you can stop here.

Send when ready:

“Send the saved draft to the reviewed resident group now.”

The assistant prepares a separate delivery preview. Check the message and audience, then confirm the send. Afterwards, ask “Show the delivery status of that newsletter.” The result describes the delivery information available; it does not mean every resident has read the message.

For future delivery, specify an exact date, time, and timezone when preparing the draft, and check that schedule in the preview. The lift maintenance date in the message does not set its delivery time.

Review a document and create a follow-up

Start by identifying the right document, then decide whether anything needs doing.

Find it:

“Find the fire inspection report for Solsiden Borettslag from May.”

You receive matching documents with details and links to help choose the report. If several match, select the one you mean before continuing.

Read the selected report:

“Summarize this report and list any stated deadlines or required follow-up.”

This request allows the assistant to extract the selected document’s supported text. The answer should distinguish what the report says from suggested next steps. If extraction is incomplete or unavailable, open the original in Solibo Home before relying on the summary.

Turn a finding into a task:

“Create a task to follow up the first finding by 30 October. Show me the details first.”

The assistant prepares a task preview. Check the title, company, deadline, and responsible person if one is selected. Confirm to save it. Reading the report alone does not create tasks.

Follow up work across several companies

If you are involved in more than one company, begin with a comparison and then focus on a specific item.

Choose the companies:

“List overdue tasks for Solsiden and Granly, grouped by company and oldest first.”

Expect the matching tasks, their deadlines, and available responsibility details. If a search is incomplete or one company cannot be read, the assistant should say so instead of presenting a complete comparison.

Choose what to work on:

“Show me more about the oldest task in Granly.”

“Set Granly Vel as the working company. What other open issues should we review?”

Follow-up company questions now use Granly by default. You can still ask for a comparison across companies. See Session shortcuts for checking or resetting the selection.

For a shared resident update, ask to preview one newsletter per named company. Review the company-specific text and audiences before saving drafts or approving delivery.

Make these examples your own

Include a company, a subject, and a period when they matter. Say whether you want an answer, a preview, a saved draft, or a completed action. You can also specify the format: “Use a table”, “Group by responsible person”, or “Give me the three most urgent items and explain why.”
